Authentic seafood analogues

The industrial production of seafood endangers the health of our oceans. The current demand for these products can no longer be satisfied ecologically. Given the global rise in demand for seafood, sustainable alternatives are needed.

Severin Eder and Lukas Böcker want to create high-quality plant-based products that match their animal counterparts in terms of structure and nutritional quality. With an innovative process, authentic alternatives to seafood are produced using sustainable and plant-based raw materials. In this way, an important contribution towards a sustainable world food supply will be generated.
