Immobilien ETHZF AG

Immobilien ETHZF AG is a non-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of the ETH Zurich Foundation. The purpose of the company is to hold properties on behalf of ETH Zurich. This supports teaching and research at ETH Zurich. The purpose of Immobilien ETHZF AG is not acquisition or self-help and it does not seek to make a profit.

Properties received as gifts via donations, legacies or bequests to the ETH Foundation constitute charitable donations and are therefore generally tax-exempt under the cantonal regulations. Immobilien ETHZF AG arranges and coordinates the professional management of property on behalf of ETH Zurich.
